One of the great privileges of life is the privilege of choice.  We can choose evil or good.  We can choose to do right or choose to do wrong.  We can serve God or Mammon.  If we live in America, choices abound.  We can choose where we live, work, who we marry and even where we will be buried.

Many of the situations we find ourselves in today is a product of a choice we made.  Be careful about complaining of where you live because you probably chose to live there.  You more than likely chose the place you work.  This is why we need to be very careful of the choices we make today because they will effect us tomorrow.

One choice that has long-term ramifications is our choice of friends.  Since we are known by the company we keep, we should choose carefully.  Our friends will have quite an impact on us and will play a vital role in our lives.  If we want to live at peak efficiency for the Lord, we cannot let our lives be randomly affected by people.  Instead we must choose our friends carefully and prayerfully.

One friend cannot meet every one of our needs.  We need a variety of friends.

May God Bless you with Good Friends who love at ALL times.  May you have friends that are there through the good and the bad.  If you stumble may they be there to help you up.  Even if you fail, may your friends be there to restore.  May you have friends that make you laugh, and laugh some more.   May you have friends like Proverbs 17:17 says, who “loveth at ALL times”.

I thank God for my friends.  Maybe one of these days I will tell you about some of them here.  However, for now they know who they are and they know I am forever grateful for them.

God Bless my Friends!
